Just a question...

Is there a lack of creativity in Hollywood? I just get a feeling that big wigs are feeling a need to revisit projects more and more each year. It's a trend that has become expected. These remakes are always dissapointing with the exception of a few. A few that I can't even recall to mention in this post. However, i'm sure that all of them couldn't have sucked to me. But seriously, have you heard any sumblings about seeing The Last Dragon or The Karate Kid slaughtered in 2009? Let's leave well enough alone. Please. Seriously.

WTF is TFTP about?

Tyler Perry has really shaken up Hollywood. Much props to him for all that he's done. The road he's paved is definitely a unique one. With that being said, I've seen all of the TV and print promotion for his latest theatrical outing, "The Faily That Preys". Is it just me or does anyone know what the hell this movie is supposed to be about? More specifically, can you guage what is about just by watching the trailier or looking at the posters plastered about your city. Is Tyler trying to use confusion and curiousity as a magnet to get people to his show? After All, he is up against "The Women" that weekend. Maybe I'm on the short bus on this one, but outside of googling the title, I couldn't tell you what this movie was about. I could tell you that Alfre Woodard (one of my faves), Kathy Bates (one of my faves), Sanaa Lathan (she could get it), Rockmond Dunbar (he could get it too, lol), and Robin Givens (uhhhhh, ok.) is in it. Maybe that's all theatregoers need to know. The new Coens brother films also opens that day. I love the Coens, Pitt, Clooney, and McDormand. Looks like I need to make some dates for next weekend.

Have You Ever...

Participated in a 3-sum or Group Sex? I know that I'm in the minority in this blogosphere as I have never. I've wanted to, but I've always found myself in relationships, been too scared, or the opportunity never presented itself. I've seen them on video, heard about my friends' exploits, but never have I ever. I've done some freaky shiznit, but that is one thing that hasn't been checked off my list. I don't know if I ever will, but I'm not ruling it out. I know the 3-sum would definitely come before an all out orgy, lol.

Been with a porn star or a not-so porn star that has made some flicks here and there? I ask because ATL was jam packed with them during Labor Day weekend. One in particular was making the eyes this way and I was making them back, but I could not bring myself to entertain it any further. I know there are dudes out there doing far more and worse in the privacy of their homes, but I just had to leave that right there. I can honestly say I was very good during Black Pride. The whole porn thing will have to live on in fantasy... Unless the moons and stars are aligned to facilitate otherwise. There are some hot dudes but I don't want to wake up the morning after looking for my dyck. LOL.

Feel like you are looked upon as the spokesperson for the GLBT lifestyle? Whether it be directly or indirectly, I always find myself correcting misinformation, clearing up misconceptions, and calling out blatant untruths. Sometimes it feels like a part time job, but it has to be done. Sound like a job for Super Gay.....Dun Da Da Dunnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn!
