Okay, I never watched the show. I never had a desire to watch the show. I may be the only person in the universe who didn't follow the trials and tribulations of Carrie Bradshaw and Co. I was dragged to see this movie.
I can honestly say that the movie definitely caught me up to speed. I was pleasantly surprised. The movie was long, but it didn't even feel that way. Each character definitely had their moment to shine and it didn't seem as if anyone overshadowed anyone.
Cynthia Nixon's character, Miranda, really got me to thinking. What would I do? I don't want to spoil it for anyone, but it was one of the four stories that kept my attention.
Charlotte was so cute. Samantha was certainly a crowd favorite at the theater I was at.
Jennifer Hudson as Louise from St. Louis was memorable and broke up the monotony. She added some fresh,vibrant color to the pallette.
Sarah Jessica Parker rocks. I was with her from beginning to end and had the slightest clue as to the back story of her and Mr. Big. (But I was there! LOL)
All and all, i was very interested and i think i may have a new fixation. I'll need to start with season one and work my way up. There's a lot of catching up to do, but I've got time.
